CASUAL SERVICE RATES
Technician (without maintenance contract)
Callout Fee $55 4 hour response time 50% increase in Labour & Callout charges.
The hourly rate is charged at a flat $100 per hour excluding GST. There is a minimum 1 hour charge with time billed in 5 minute increments or part thereof. The daily rate is charged at $600 per day. A standard day is 7 hours. Extra time over any 7 hour period in one day is charged at $150 per hour.
Engineer – MCSE
Callout Fee $55 4 hour response time 50% increase in Labour & Callout charges.
The hourly rate is charged at a flat $170 per hour excluding GST. There is a minimum 1 hour charge with time billed in 5 minute increments or part thereof. The daily rate is charged at $900 per day. A standard day is 7 hours. Extra time over any 7 hour period in one day is charged at $250 per hour.
Consulting – Technology
$250 per hour, $600 per half day, $1100 per day.
Consulting – ICT Management
$2500 per day.
CONTRACT SERVICE RATES

Maintenance Contract
We also provide maintenance programmes that allow flexibility and reliability in the maintenance of your network. Instead of being reactive, this allows scheduled maintenance planning and review of both hardware and software.
This product allows:
a) monthly block hours to be purchased at a lower rate than our scheduled fees.
b) two previous months of unused hours to be used in the third month
c) priority response times as a contract customer.
d) preventative work to be done to maintain client productivity.
Quarterly Block Rates Technician
This is for a set 90 day period that allows you to use the hours any way you wish. It is non cumulative and charged a minimum 30 minutes and incremented in 15 minute intervals with a maximum of 7 hours in one day. Extra time is charged at $150 per hour. Block purchases must be paid in full in advance.
